Domain 3 – Safety and Quality

Social care workers are responsible for providing safe, evidence-informed services. This includes carrying out comprehensive assessments, using sound judgement, monitoring outcomes, and adapting interventions accordingly. They must be skilled in risk management, quality assurance, and promoting safe environments in line with current legislation and best practice.
