Developing Open Educational Resources (DOERs) Project on Zenodo

The DOERs project is a collaborative project between the Dundalk Institute of Technology, National University of Ireland, Maynooth, South East Technological University and Technological University of the Shannon in Ireland.

This project was funded by the National Forum for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning in Higher Education under the Strategic Alignment of Teaching and Learning Enhancement (SATLE) 2022/2023.

The project aims include:

  • To raise awareness of Open Educational Resources (OER) and Open Educational Practices (OEP)
  • To audit the level of use in each institution
  • To design training material to promote OER and encourage their use
  • To develop copyright and open licensing training resources
  • To empower staff who teach to develop OER
  • To encourage collaboration amongst staff and staff/students while developing/re-using OER

We have created a DOERs project homepage on Zenodo to share the work of our project. We will be adding content incrementally so watch this space!
